In 1992 DC opened DC’s Café, a small restaurant in North Dallas. Within the year the restaurant gained rave reviews and often the lunch crowd line wrapped around the building. Ultimately, Chef DC relocated his facility near Downtown Dallas and the reviews and fans followed him there. His restaurant was frequently reviewed in local newspapers and magazines and was selected “Best Of” by the Dallas Observer for several consecutive years.
While the restaurant continued to grow, Chef DC launched the full service catering portion of his business. Excited by the challenge of preparing food for thousands, Chef DC eventually closed the restaurant to focus on his catering business full time.
A perennial favorite of Dallas’ elite, Chef DC operates a successful catering company and over the years has included in his client list many notable names including the Dallas Cowboys.
Chef DC also makes recurring appearances on Channel 21 and Chanel 11 as one of their team of food experts dishing out cooking tips and serving up some of his famous recipes.
